Delete your data

NeedRecipe keeps a small record of each time you tagged it: your Instagram username, an app-specific user ID, the comment ID and the date. We never store your password or messages, and Reel videos are deleted as soon as the recipe has been produced (details).

To have your records deleted

1. Email privacy@needrecipe.app with the subject “Delete my NeedRecipe data”.
2. Include your Instagram username.

We delete every record linked to that account within 30 days and confirm by email. Our public replies are attached to your comments, so deleting a comment on Instagram also removes our reply under it.
